How to make your reservation

We have taken care to offer you the simplest possible reservations service for your tours in Myanmar. It is a vital part of our services. We always try to concentrate on providing our client accurate information about their trips to Myanmar because everything is subject to change frequently. Booking of travel arrangements and payment shall be considered proof that you have read our booking terms and conditions.

Booking Arrangements

Booking for all of our packaged tours and other travel-related services can be made directly with our Myanmar Birding & Adventures. If you accept our quotation for your tour, you can send your reservation after filling up the necessary information in our booking-form on our website or email us directly with the following information to make your reservation.

• Number of people traveling.
• Number of rooms & bed type (single / double / twin)
• Hotel category (** / *** / ****)
• Services requested (meals, guide, transfer, and transportation).
• Date of arrival and departure (in & from Myanmar)
• And your additional message

We will also need the following information about two weeks prior to you arrival in Myanmar.

• Name of your International Airline ( in / from Myanmar)
• The international flight number
• Its times of arrival & departure (in / from Myanmar)
• Any other necessary information (If required).
• And your additional message

Deposit & Payments

If we receive your reservation through our website or direct email, we will ask you to send us a non-refundable deposit of 300 USD for each tour in order to confirm your reservation. The deposit must be reached through bank transfer within 14 days from the date of booking. As the second payment, the next 50% of total tour cost must be made not less than 60 days before your date of travel in Myanmar and the rest of payment can be made upon your arrival in Myanmar especially before your tour starts. If we don’t receive the tour deposits by the due dates, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Payment of the deposit proofs that you have read and accepted these booking terms and conditions.

Payment in USD

All payments are quoted in cash (US$). Our Myanmar Birding & Adventures does not accept any payments of credit cards.

Cancellation

Cancellations should be made in advance in written and effective only if we receive an Email, Fax, or Letter from you. Cancellations must be received by us not less than 60 days prior to your travel date. For cancellations received within 60 days of your date of travel, cancellation fees are as below:

• Within 60-45 days prior to your date of travel : 30% of total tour cost
• Within 44-30 days prior to your date of travel : 50% of total tour cost
• Within 28-15 days prior to your date of travel : 70% of total tour cost
• Less than 14 days prior to your date of travel : 100% of total tour cost

Your date of travel

Your date of travel means the date of your arrival in an appointed city in Myanmar, where your tour starts and commencement of services. The appointed city will vary depending on the international airlines you choose.

Late Bookings

For bookings made less than 30 days prior to your date of travel in our country, we will ask you to send us a 70% of the total tour price for each tour at the time of Booking. The remaining will have to be settled upon your arrival in Myanmar.

Hotel accommodations & Bed types

We are always intended to accommodate our clients at sample and comfortable hotels (** / *** star) on most of our tours and our accommodations are based twin-bedded rooms. But if you want to make some requests for some particular types of hotels & beds (such as deluxe or luxury hotels and double bed or twin beds etc), the request must be made at the time of booking or as earliest as possible.

Price Guarantee

All tour prices are subject to increase without notice if foreign exchange rates change prior to departure. However, once we have received your deposit for any tours you have booked, that land price is guaranteed, and any subsequent land cost increase are at our expense, not including surcharges and government tax increases. Tour prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room. Single room supplement will be mentioned where applicable.

Changes in Price and Itineraries

We reserve the right to change the itinerary if necessary at any time. Sometime the itinerary may be changed due to airline schedule changes, delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the company.

Responsibility

There are frequently some changes in some facts. So, we always make every effort to provide current and accurate information. The Company shall be responsible to the visitors for supplying the services such as accommodations, transfers, guide services and other travel-related services mentioned on our website. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for loss, damage, injury, delay, additional expenses or other events which are beyond the control of the company including war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, severe weather, acts of god, and acts of government or any other authorities. In such circumstances, the company will do its best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection. The booking terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and the company.
